I ran across this train doodle in my sketchbook and it made me chuckle. I am assuming this guy REALLY had to finish up his work, because he folded up his Daily News and placed it on the train floor. Then he sat right down and went to work. We were on the express train going to White Plains, so we had 20 minutes before the doors opened again. I was catching up on drawing, he was catching up on some spreadsheets. I don't think he even looked up once, so he was a perfect model.
Now that I carpool with the guys to Blue Sky regularly, I miss those 30 or 40 minutes on the train to clear my head in the morning. We usually have a good laugh, though (between me, Vince, Willie, and Pete), so I can't complain.
