painting and sketch

I wanted to post another piece that I did last year while painting with Dice Tsutsumi. Those Saturday morning painting sessions were the best, even if I did complain that it was too friggin' early. As everyone is probably aware by now, he is heading off to California, and needless to say, I will miss him greatly. I can't say enough good things about the guy. Just check out his website to see his amazing artwork (see my friends links). He is one of my best friends, and a visionary artist. I'll miss him, and so will the New York Animation community.

Nice painting man. That's so cool that you guys (at blue sky?) would do some plein air painting together in the morning. I'd love to hear more about it. What a cool community to be part of.
